Actually, what happened this time is different - last time, your game submission ("What is this phone?") got blammed. With a score of "1.70/5.00", being more accurate (you can consult the Obituaries link right below):

Now, since you decided to reupload it, according to the Game Submission Guidelines (which you can also consult right at the following link below):

It basically got taken down by a Moderator due breaking that certain guideline.
